Can I die?
written on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 @ 11:21 PM ✈

This is so hard. In school, there is so much homework. Have I told you about my CCA? Oh yes, there is still Japanese. Now I have to script a story I found on the web. The computer is crazy, giving me problems. No internet at all for the past few days!

And I am kind of worried for my Japanese CA, maybe I will fail. I feel I am blogging lesser and lesser by the day. Hiaz. I am going for camp next week, and I have to bring so many things I love my bed and I don't want to go :( I don't think I can carry all those stuff. For talentime in camp, I think I am dancing with my classmates, and singing too. I hope we will win! And March is approaching really soon. There is NPCC Hike and Dog Unit Visit, I hope we will have tons of fun. Miss my friends still and RGPS. Can't wait to go back there as soon as possible.

I wonder if Peiyin (from NPCC) will be mad, I didn't manage to buy any notebook with her for the whole squad.....Oops, speaking of that, I have to check the squad email. Hope to blog soon~

Off to Yun Hua's
written on Saturday, February 17, 2007 @ 2:31 PM ✈

We had school until 11am today. :D So happy. There were lots of programmes, like wushu, chinese dance, drama etc. 102 received the best decorated class award and we got Oreos. Haha.

Jiajia also won the 1st for calligraphy. Oh yeah, I wrote horribly this morning. Luckily I didn't stain my skirt with ink. Soon after, I went with Yee Hui and other Nanyang girls from 6E back to RGPS. So many things changed. Like, the general office's was extended. I almost got a shock.

It was very fun! I met Ms Yan and Mrs Seet. We hanged around 5E when Mrs Seet was teaching and I think she kept shooing us away. Mischievious us...

We snapped pictures. Then we waited for Yun Hua to arrive from MGS. The people from 6F chucked all their handphones and cameras at us and we were asked to take pictures for them. That was definitely weird, having so many devices around me, on my hand, elbows and on the floor. Alicia Kho and Eva looked really smart in their uniform! There were buttons here and there. Who knew that a fire drill would be carried out today? So it was pretty noisy. We vandalised on their whiteboards with our messages. Heehee.

(We were running around to avoid Mdm Choong, but she seemed to appear everywhere. In the end, we just gave up and left it to fate. :P)

At Yun Hua's house, she stuffed us with lots of food and snacks. It was really good. We watched videos, listened to songs, and revised a little of our Japanese work. I really missed the old times where we had our recess together, every single day in RGPS. We always sang and I was constantly enjoying myself. Good times, good times.

For dinner, Yun Hua's mum was very generous to buy us McDonald's meals. I really appreciated that. :D But it was somehow sad to leave. I remember Ma Lao Shi ever said that all gatherings have to come to an end. She used a poem to teach us that. I miss everyone. I wonder when we can meet up again.....

Is New Year coming?
written on Thursday, February 15, 2007 @ 10:34 AM ✈

I can't believe it. I have been waiting for so long and it is still Wednesday. During yesterday's NPCC, I messed up big time. I forgot to takr out my watch and the ma'am was very angry. We were late so they were even angrier.

Hiaz. I just did a Japanese test about an hour ago. I think I might fail it. It was tough, having to write both Kanji and Hiragana. But, guess what? I am going to Yun Hua's house on Friday with Yee Hui!!! So cool. Did you know I have to write calligraphy on Friday. I am so happy. There is the weekend and holidays. I can finally take a break from the busy schoolwork and projects. Speaking of projects, I have to complete a Geography assignment by next week, I think. That's depressing.

I just remembered, I ran 5 rounds during PE today with Luona when we were only required to run 3-4 rounds. I could have whacked myself for that! And then, I tried javelin. It was so fun. I got to throw the javelin and I did pretty well. I tried it for the first time in my life today. Some of the throws got the javelin sticking out of the ground, which was good. It was like poking out from the ground. Haha. I prefer it to long jump.

I hope the day to visit RGPS and see my friends come soon. Best friends forever!

I couldn't take it.
written on Sunday, February 11, 2007 @ 1:10 PM ✈

It is very weird. I don't like my father :S He just scolded me yesterday. I was home after NPCC drills, meaning after being on my feet for 3 hours, and I was beginning to use the computer. Not soon after, my mum came back and the Dell phone service contacted her as our printer just couldn't work. So the person began to give my mum instructions on the telephone. She couldn't get it so she asked me to do this and that. I didn't know how to do so I was slow. When I did it slowly, my father, who was watching nearby, thought I was reluctant. Then he kept shouting at me, saying I wasn't helpful and I still came from RGPS. I was very upset and disappointed. He couldn't see anything. When I opened and examined the printer faster, naturally louder sounds were produced. Who could have known that he went crazy and said I was slamming the printer because I was unhappy.

Finding nowhere else to shout at, he asked my mum to pass the phone to him. He thought he could follow the instructions. Then when he couldn't, he asked me to listen. I mean, it was so ridiculous, passing the phone on. Then when I spoke to the worker on the phone, he kept shouting at the side, saying, "Oh, why can't they just send a technician here? This is so troublesome!" in chinese.

Then when I said, "Ya." to answer the receptionist explanation a couple of times. He started preaching to me, "If you don't understand, don't pretend to be so smart."

I was really angry already. When the whole thing ended, I just went to bed and sleep. Oh, it was only 8pm. I didn't feel like doing anything else.
I couldn't understand why he was like that.

Went to Gee Ling's house
written on Friday, February 9, 2007 @ 12:44 PM ✈

Come to think of it, it is really weird. I have to go to my friend's house quite often in secondary school. I did it for the Basic Research Programme today, the topic was to construct the lightest structure that can support a weight of 50kg. We had to complete the proposal. I am very nervous about studying still. I'll have to hand the ICT presentation, which looks really bad. Also, I have to finish up my History assignment, the Geography one. Oh, and not forgetting the CME speech.

I feel really "bagged down" with these tasks. Oops, there is NPCC on Friday from this week onwards. I am almost suffocating, with no free days where I can get an afternoon nap in my sweet home. :(

The Chinese New Year celebration is coming really soon. I cannot wait to go back to RGPS!!

(Note for myself)
Hmwk:
-History Assigment
-Geography Assignment
-CME Speech
-Math Practice Paper
-Japanese Dictation
-Music Practice
-Revise on Weak Topics

Gotta go. See ya!

I can't handle the stress!
written on Thursday, February 8, 2007 @ 12:14 PM ✈

Right now, I am rushing a Science project. It is so tough in NY. I am so stressed. I am just trying to wait till the weekends arrive. And I have trouble printing the report. My printer isn't working and no one wants to help me print it. I am so angry and frustrated.

Everything they say is so useless. I just want to study at home and have class via webcam with the teachers. I wonder when that will happen. In maybe 200 years' time?

I don't want to be mean, but if I am nice, people take advantage of me. They ask favours from me, but when I ask them they all turn away. Do you think that is nice? If you are reading this and you go around like that, taking advantage, no one will like you. And that is very true. I am really trying my best to stay calm. But the environment makes a person, so if I am really agitated, there is no telling what will happen in my thinking and attitude.

I just feel that you have to be fair. Like what I have seen in my friend, Emily's blog, she ever blared out her comments about a guy she disliked. She said he was a hypocrite and a playboy. I couldn't understand why she did that, but now I do. A simple thing like helping a mate to print something is so easy, yet people do try to avoid it.

Smiling lion...Singapore, are you a gracious country? We'll have to improve in our behaviour and attitude.

My B-Day
written on Saturday, February 3, 2007 @ 12:10 PM ✈

Haha. It's my birthday today. SO COOL. I've got a purple pencil from my sister. I wonder what my parents will give me. School's so tough. There was a Language Arts test today, like last year, where I had a Maths test, I think...

But in school, the teachers give lots of homework. It is so stressful and I will have to stay up late. I think they should loosen the grip a little. Other classes have lesser homework than us. I have just received Yun Hua's letter and present today :D via mail! She is the only one who remembered to send me a card :D I love her~ I mean as in friends' love lah.

I apologise for my bad English today. I have History, Chinese, Geography and Maths assignments to do. I would be glad if anyone can help me...

For now, I have to go...bye!
