Long chocolate bars!
written on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 @ 12:39 PM ✈
Today was a hectic day, there was a Science quiz, an IT competition, the NPCC drill test and the total defence test. Seriously, this is a lot for me to take During NPCC, I was doing the Total Defence test. It is so hard, the questions at the back were like 30 marks! I was wiping my nose the whole time as my nose was runny. After everything was over, well, not really, there was a tough parade test. We had to keep doing the basic drills for practice and we took the test at different times of the ACT. I was with Hui Han and I think I did really badly. Before I did the test, Sheila ma'am still had to call me out to redo some drills. And then she asked me a really unexpected question. I just answered the first thing went through my head. Another thing I realise, ma'ams like to ask us to close our eyes. They always "surveyed" us after asking us to close our eyes. We were supposed to respond by raising our hands for different options. So today's survey was about getting in the parade. They asked who thought they could not make it. I raised my hand for that I really feel weird closing my eyes. At the end of the ACT, we were to assemble outside the NP room. Once again, our ma'ams got us to shut our eyes and they said to 举手. I put up my hand silly. Then I discovered that it was to put your hands in front of you, like taking something with 2 hands. I was so scared, more frightened than doing the drills again and again with Sheila ma'am. They said they would put something on our hands if we passed. Their tone sounded like only the best made it. I was already prepared not to get anything. I did so badly. Surprisingly, ma'ams passed everyone! We will be getting to march on 27th of April and I bet we'll look cool. I wonder if we will get our uniforms by then. I forgot to say. You might ask, what does this have to do with chocolate bars? Well, the prizes we received were long bars of milk chocolate. I've just eaten it, it's tasting good~ 0 comment[s] | back to top |
