Don't take DALT away!

Today is Friday. There was supposed to be DALT, but then RO said it was ACT. Mr Han came to talk to us and I didnt think much of it. He was going round and round and he said that DALT was going to end soon, either this year or next year. He said that Lion Dancing was taking up lots of our time and is affecting our standard when other schools can spend twice the amount of time learning drills. And then he said our performance could not be as good as other high standards schools for cai qing. But when I joined NP, the thing I was attracted to was DALT! Even though I am not very good at ba4, but I sort of have grown to love it a lot. I remembered I was wondering what it would be like for the cai qing in the next few years. And this news had to come at this time. I was looking forward to learning gu, shi and long also. What if we never get to learn? My relatives are also proud of me learning Lion Dancing. They are very traditional, but that is why they support for NP. They will be disappointed if they learn of the news. I hate it. I want to do something about it, but I don't know what I can do. I can't just sit back and accept it.  I know I can't express myself, but DALT should never be sacrificed no matter what. I just won't let it happen. 0 comment[s] | back to top |
